Filler flowers are what make an arrangement look arranged. Without them a spray of large blooms sits on the cake with gaps showing between the stems.
These cut the classic five-petal blossom in three sizes and push it out flat, petal creases already pressed in. Dimple the centre with a ball tool while the fondant is soft and the flower cups on its own.
Non-toxic plastic, 70 and 50 mm tall. Hand wash and dry before storing.
