Questions we get every week
Are these tools suitable for complete beginners?
Yes. The Atelier Starter Kit was designed for a first-time decorator and includes a printed guide matching every tip to the shape it pipes. Nothing in our range needs a professional kitchen.
Do you ship internationally?
Not at the moment — we ship within Serbia only. Delivery is tracked and normally arrives in 2–4 working days. If you are ordering from outside Serbia, write to us and we will let you know as soon as that changes.
Can I collect an order from the workshop?
Yes — choose pickup at checkout and collect from Moskovska 11, Novi Pazar 36300, during business hours (Mon – Fri, 08:00–16:00). We will email you when the order is boxed and ready.
How do I claim a replacement?
Email one photo to hello@pastrello.com with the approximate purchase date. Replacements apply to unused items — once a tool has been used we cannot swap it, but we will look at anything else.
