Using the site

You are required to use the site lawfully and, when ordering, to give the accurate details needed to complete the purchase.

Impersonation, unauthorised use of another person’s data, sending false orders, attempts at unauthorised access and interference with the running of the site are all prohibited.

Products

Product information

The characteristics of a product, its dimensions and the contents of a set are stated on the page for that individual item. Before ordering, check that the product suits your needs.

Photographs showing a tool in use may contain cakes, decorations and other props that are not part of the product, unless expressly stated otherwise. Such photographs are not a guarantee of an identical result, which also depends on the materials used and on the way you work.

Possible differences in how colour appears because of screen settings do not remove the seller’s responsibility to deliver a product matching the agreed characteristics.

Prices

Prices and payment

Prices are given in dinars (RSD). The total price payable, including all applicable taxes, delivery costs and any additional charges, is shown before the order is completed.

The available payment methods are listed on the site and during checkout. The buyer chooses one of the methods offered.

Changes to prices and to promotional offers do not affect purchases already concluded. Products on sale are subject to the same statutory rules on conformity and withdrawal as all other products.

Ordering

Ordering and confirmation of purchase

The buyer selects the products, enters the delivery details and reviews the order before sending it. The final order button must clearly indicate that sending the order creates an obligation to pay.

The buyer receives an electronic acknowledgement that the order has been received. The contract is concluded when the seller confirms acceptance of the order. If a message confirms only technical receipt, it will say so clearly.

If a product is unavailable, or there is an error that prevents the order being accepted, we will inform the buyer without delay. A different product or a different price will not be applied without the buyer’s agreement. If the purchase is not completed, any payment received will be returned without delay.

Delivery

We currently deliver within the territory of Serbia.

Orders received on working days before 14:00 are dispatched the same day. Orders received after 14:00, at weekends or during public holidays are dispatched on the next working day.

The expected delivery time is 24–48 hours from handover to the courier service, that is, one to two working days. Weekends and public holidays are not counted within these periods.

In the event of a delay we will inform the buyer of the information available and of what happens next. A delay by the courier service does not remove the seller’s statutory obligations towards the buyer.

The buyer should provide accurate delivery details and report any changes promptly. If the parcel has already been sent, a change of address depends on what the courier service is able to do.

Use

Using the products

Use the products in accordance with their intended purpose and with the instructions. Check the specification of the particular product for suitability for the dishwasher, the oven, the freezer or specific temperatures.

The seller is not liable for damage established to have arisen from improper use or care on the part of the buyer. This does not exclude liability for defects in a product that appear during proper use.

No provision of these terms limits the consumer rights guaranteed by law.

Information about the collection and processing of personal data, the purposes of processing and the rights of users is available on the Privacy policy page.

Accepting these terms of purchase does not in itself constitute consent to promotional messages or to non-essential tracking of user activity.

Content

Site content

Photographs, texts, graphic elements and other protected content belong to the seller or to the relevant rights holders. Copying them and using them for commercial purposes without permission is not allowed, except in the cases permitted by law.

Disputes

Resolution of disputes

These terms are governed by the regulations of the Republic of Serbia.

In accordance with the law, Hani International ltd doo is obliged to take part in the out-of-court resolution of consumer disputes before the competent body. Judicial protection also remains available to the consumer in accordance with the law.

Updates

Changes to the terms

We may update these terms in order to keep them in line with changes in the business or in the regulations. The version of the terms in force at the moment the contract was concluded applies to that particular purchase.
