Fondant flowers go wrong at the moment you take them out of the cutter. A petal catches, you tug, and the whole bloom stretches on one side.
The plunger removes that moment. Press to cut, press again and the flower drops out flat, its petal lines already embossed by the plate. Four sizes — 42, 34, 27 and 22 mm — let you scatter across a tier without the pattern reading as repetition.
