Unused items can be returned within 30 days for a full refund, with no restocking fee.

Replacements apply to unused items. Once a tool has been used we cannot swap it, but send us a photo and we will look at anything else.

Complaints

How to make a claim

Email one photo to pastrello@reklamacije.rs with the approximate purchase date, and we will take it from there.

The content of the messages you send us, including enquiries, complaints and return requests, is processed as described in the Privacy policy. Complaint records are kept for the period prescribed by law.

Defects

Defects and improper use

The seller is not liable for damage established to have arisen from improper use or care on the part of the buyer. This does not exclude liability for defects in a product that appear during proper use.

Use the products in accordance with their intended purpose and with the instructions. Check the specification of the particular product for suitability for the dishwasher, the oven, the freezer or specific temperatures.

Products on sale are subject to the same statutory rules on conformity and withdrawal as all other products.

If a purchase is not completed, any payment received will be returned without delay.

In accordance with the law, Hani International ltd doo is obliged to take part in the out-of-court resolution of consumer disputes before the competent body. Judicial protection also remains available to the consumer in accordance with the law.
