Cutting small shapes or trimming a straight edge with a kitchen knife drags the fondant. A pen-style knife with a fine point follows a template or a ruler and leaves a clean edge.
Hold it like a pencil to cut out letters, lace details and flower shapes, or to trim strips against a ruler. A spare blade is included, so you can swap in a sharp one when the first goes dull.
