Some flowers should not come out of the cutter finished. A poinsettia, a lily or a stephanotis needs its petals thinned, pinched and curved by hand before it looks alive.
These cutters give you a crisp blank to start from. The open frame lets you see exactly where you are cutting on the paste, and the 16 mm depth goes through thicker modelling paste as easily as rolled fondant. Three sizes nest for layered blooms.
