A border around the base or the middle of a tier finishes a cake, but cutting a repeating edge by hand never quite lines up.
This cutter takes out a strip with a zigzag edge along the top and scallops along the bottom in one press. Cut, move the cutter along and match the pattern, and the band joins around the cake without a visible seam.
Non-toxic plastic, 150 × 62 mm. Hand wash and dry before storing.
